This pre-production Concorde component was manufactured in September 1969 by Equipment et Construction Electrique (ECE) in France. Located on the Aft overhead panel in the cockpit, this piece would allow for the pilots to change control of the flight surfaces between 3 different hydraulic reservoirs; green, blue and yellow.
The second image shows a basic diagram of hydraulics for each flight surface.
The third image illustrates the unit operating as ‘NORMAL CONDITION’ as well as ‘GREEN ONLY SELECTED’ which would be set if a jam or hydraulic failure had occurred.
The final image shows the location of this panel on the Aft overhead panel in a British Airways production aircraft
