Postage, Refunds & Returns Policies
1. Postage & Shipping
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 7 days (incl. weekends).
If an order requires additional processing time, we will contact you by email.
If an order is time sensitive (e.g. a gift) and requires expedited processing, please contact us using the chat widget in the bottom right hand corner. We will strive to accommodate your needs at no extra cost. This does not apply to the Christmas delivery schedule, whereby all orders placed before 15th December for UK delivery and 5th December for Europe + Worldwide delivery will be processed swiftly. Please note these dates are only a guidance and no guarantees can be made.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
For most orders (UK, Europe and International) we ship using Royal Mail. Selected delivery services vary with value, weight and dimensions of the item.
Estimated delivery times (following up to 7 days processing) are:
UK Delivery: 2–5 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
International/Worldwide: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or courier issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service.
Tracking Information
All orders above £50.00 will include tracking, a tracking number will be provided upon once your parcel has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. Concorde Collectables cannot predict or cover these charges.
*Important Notice* – As of November 2025, we have two important changes to our Postage & Shipping policy:
1. From 1st December 2025, we will no longer ship to any address in the Republic of Ireland. We have experienced significant difficulty with the Customs, Duties & Imports control in Ireland causing delays, loss of revenue and reduced customer satisfaction. Please contact us if you are looking to order to an address in Ireland, and we will strive to accommodate you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note this does not include Northern Ireland.
2. Shipping Costs to all addresses in the United States will increase by a minimum of £10.00 from 1st December 2025 following the sharp increase in US tariff charges. Orders under $800 are no longer exempt from duties and tariffs and we have carried the cost of this from August 2025. Depending on the value and size of the item, further costs may be applied and you will be contacted accordingly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
2. Refunds & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please review the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
The item arrives damaged or not as described
You received the wrong item
Your item is defective
You changed your mind (see “Change of Mind Returns” below)
Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your return approval.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including:
Original packaging
All accessories, certificates, or included items
No additional signs of wear or damage
Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Clearance or “sold as seen” items (if clearly stated on product page)
Custom or personalised orders
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase:
You may return the item at your own postage cost.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Original postage costs are non-refundable unless legally required.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer:
A replacement (if available),
A repair (if applicable), or
A full refund.
Return postage for damaged/incorrect items will be covered by us.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–14 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
6. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost:
Contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
A replacement or refund will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
Investigations may take 5–28 business days, depending on courier policy.
