Concorde Final Flight Photo – Framed and Signed by Chief Concorde Pilot

On 26 November 2003: Concorde 216, G-BOAF, made the final ever flight of any Concorde when it flew from London Heathrow to Bristol Filton with 100 British Airways employees on board. This is a stunning and poignant picture of Concorde – an icon of the 20th century engineering innovation – banked over the Clifton Suspension Bridge – an icon of 19th-century engineering innovation.

This is a superb quality A3 (18″ x 12″) original actual photographic studio print from the original and hand signed by Captain Mike Bannister – Chief Concorde Pilot.

Captain Mike Bannister was closely involved in the weeks of planning and preparation that went into the taking of this photograph. Special regulatory permission was required for the low pass and close proximity to the helicopter where the photographer was. Mike was on the Flight Deck alongside Captain Les Brodie, Captain Paul Douglas, with Senior Flight Engineers Warren Hazleby and Trevor Norcot.
